The improvements include a main building housing a ticket office, café, gift shop, administrative offices, an extensive meeting and 1000 person banquet facilities; a 638-space, two level parking garage; three, freestanding, covered amphitheaters; and miscellaneous out-buildings, covered and open walkways, plazas, picnic areas, water courses, bird and animal enclosures.
